On February 4, 2016 Science World will host a one-night only fundraiser event boasting the most unique cocktails science has to offer. At Science of Cocktails, guests will have the opportunity to explore the physics, chemistry and biology of cocktails in ways never experienced before.

Featuring over 25 different bar/beverage stations, the event will also boast some of Vancouver’s best bartenders like Hawksworth Restaurant’s Cooper Tardivel, or Fairmont Pacific Rim’s Grant Sceney. There will also be food pairings provided by Railtown Catering showcasing the art and science of food pairing, as well as fun, specialty programming by Science World staff and facilitators.
