Even if you haven’t heard yet of Scala Choir the odds are you have heard their beautiful and haunting version of Radiohead’s Creep in the trailer for David Fincher’s Social Network movie last year. On April 7, this all-female choir from Belgium will be performing at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver (Tickets $35.20) and it is guaranteed to be a beautiful and ethereal evening. Their versions of popular hits like Nirvana’s Smells Like Teen Spirit, U2’s With or Without You and Depeche Mode’s Enjoy The Silence are unique, delicate and awe inspiring.
