Many of you are probably thinking, what? Well Brahm Tam’s Drum Circle is a free event in the West End that happens every Tuesday night. If you have been over to Third beach during a Tuesday night during the summer, you’ll know what I’m talking about. From 5pm till the sun goes down, you can find a group of guys and girls, people of all ages, just jamming on their drum, lots of people, lots of smiles. The Vancouver Parks Board is threatening to shut it down due to some complaints. It used to be held at 2nd beach and got moved to 3rd because of the noise. It’s one night a week and its only during the beautiful summer weather and it’s free!!.
If you’re ever at Third beach check it out! It’s just good summer fun times and the City of Vancouver should deal with those noisy bikers before they deal with this. If you believe in the cause, feel free to support via twitter and let them know you care.
