More than 1,000 people are expected to take part in a festive-focused fun run on Saturday, December 2 with the goal of helping the less fortunate in the community.
The 2017 Santa Shuffle 5 km fun run and 1 km Elf Walk takes place at 10 am in Stanley Park, beginning at Lumberman’s Arch.
The coast-to-coast event takes place in 42 cities and raises money for the Salvation Army.
Last year, The Salvation Army’s programs and services helped over 1.9 million people, so get involved and give something back this holiday season.
