Got $2.7 million to spend? Revelstoke’s Enchanted Forest attraction is for sale.
The remote forest is situated between Revelstoke and Sicamous just off the Trans Canada Highway and might be familiar to some tourists who visited the attraction during its 55 year run.
The fairy-tale themed children’s park features B.C.’s tallest tree-house at 50 feet in the air, Winnie the Pooh and friends, Snow White, the home of the Three Bears and all your fabled favourites. The forest is full of hand-made figurines depicting the heroines and villains of classic fairy tales, as well as a nature walk and lake for paddling.
Attracting 85,000 guests per year, The Enchanted Forest remains a popular spot for highway travellers, especially those with young children. With a happily ever after in sight, the family currently running the operation has plans for retirement and will be selling the business to the right buyers.
