Use Insta for your chance to win $150 in RYU's scavenger hunt (CONTEST)

Scavenger hunts aren’t just for kids anymore.

RYU Apparel, a local urban athletic clothing company, will be hiding twelve kettle bells around the city next week to give Vancouverites a chance to win $150 gift card.

RYU’s clothing line is built for athletes, combining modern style with technical expertise. They have one store in Vancouver, soon to be three when their Robson and Park Royal locations are complete.

This is the second year RYU is putting this hunt together, and this time they’re offering even more prizes. Not only can Instagram users win a $150 gift card for RYU’s clothing, backpacks, and accessories, they can also win a prize pack worth $530 and two tickets to RYU’s BLK.001 party.

The BLK.001 party is an invite-only celebration of they’re one-year anniversary. On November 25, attendees are invited to RYU’s flagship store to wear all black and party – from 8 pm to 2 am.

This year’s hunt starts on November 21, when RYU will release the first clue to the three kettle bell locations on Instagram. Each kettle bell will be hidden in an iconic Vancouver location, and the first to find one and bring it into the store will win.

The contest will continue until November 24.

Not in Vancouver? RYU will have something happening online on Black Friday.

Complete the hunt on Instagram for your chance to win a $150 gift card to RYU Apparel. Enter to win a prize pack worth $530 and two tickets to RYU’s BLK.001 party by using #RYUHunt and @RYU_Apparel on Instagram.

Contest

To enter to win a $150 gift card to RYU Apparel, do the following:

1. Follow @RYU_Apparel on Instagram to get daily clues to the location of the three kettle bells
2. When you decipher the riddle and find a kettle bell first, take a photo with it at the location. Upload the photo to Instagram and tag it with #RYUHunt and @RYU_Apparel
3. Bring the kettle bell to the RYU store (1745 West 4th Avenue) to claim your $150 gift card
4. If you know the location, but can’t run out and grab it, send a direct message to @RYU_Apparel on Instagram with the answer. They’ll hook you up with the prize

To enter to win a prize pack valued at $530 and two tickets to RYU’s BLK.001 party, do the following:

1. Upload a photo of you on the hunt to Instagram and tag it with #RYUHunt and @RYU_Apparel to tell RYU you’re on the hunt

Contest entries will be accepted from November 21 until the last kettlebell is found on November 24, 2016.
