ROVE: tour eight art openings along Main Street in one night
On Thursday, August 7, several art openings are taking place on Main Street and the public is invited to experience them all in one night as a part of ROVE – a free community event promoting local art.
All you need to do is start at one of these art venues and rove between locations taking in great art, refreshments and meeting local artists in person on their opening nights.

Starting at Meccanica, the first location on the tour, you will receive a free map of the area to guide you around Main Street. At each location be sure to take a picture of the featured “ROVE Art” and tweet it with the hashtag #roveYVR. Tweet at every location and you will be entered to win an original painting by Jamie Smith. The tour route is simply a suggestion however, so feel free to go about your tour however you’d like.
