Rotiz Kitchen is located in the heart of Surrey, serving up authentic and flavourful Indian cuisine. The restaurant was curated by award-winning chefs Dan and Pi, whose paths crossed in Mumbai and Delhi before they eventually met again here in Vancouver and discovered their shared appreciation for Indian cuisine.
The menu at Rotiz Kitchen is inspired by the bold flavours of India, ancient cooking techniques, and the contemporary techniques of French and West Coast cuisine. Rotiz Kitchen takes pride in being HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points) compliant. The team practices safe food handling and employs social distancing practices inside and outside of the kitchen.
There’s always something new to try at Rotiz Kitchen. Some of the most popular items on the menu include tandoori appetizers, curries like the malai tikka mumtaz, chicken saagwala, and dal maharana, biryanis (available in chicken, lamb, and vegetable), as well as kebabs.
