Rogers Hometown Hockey comes to New Westminster

DH Vancouver Staff Feb 10, 2016 12:27 pm

The Rogers Hometown Hockey tour comes to New Westminster, bringing Canada’s most popular hockey festival with it.

There are activities throughout the day, from the McDonald’s Trivia Challenge, to live music from Freedom 95 and Dan Bentall. Bring the kids for the Hockey Circus Show, meet NHL legends Kirk McLean and Cliff Ronning, test your TV skills in the Be a Broadcaster Booth, or take part in a pre-tape for Sportsnet Central and Hockey Night in Canada with your favourite sportscasters. There’s so much to see and do, and events for the whole family.

On Sunday, end the weekend and watch a broadcast of Philadelphia Flyers vs. the New York Rangers, hosted live by Canadian broadcast legend Ron MacLean from a satellite studio in New Westminster.
