Never let a little rain get you down, especially when it comes to watching a couple of 1980s classics under the night sky.
Last weekend, the River District Drive-in showing of The Outsiders was cancelled due to the weekend’s downpour. To make up for the missed movie memories, they’ve planned a good old fashioned Double Feature this weekend, showing The Outsiders, as well as Stand by Me.
Come down to Vancouver’s beautiful River District, grab a few lawn chairs, blankets, snacks and friends, and bask in the glory and wonder of 1980s cinema. Friendship, drama, a super young-looking Tom Cruise: it’s all there, and it’s all for you.
