Ritz-Carlton is finally making its mark in Vancouver, a city that already is home to a plethora of high end hotels. Soon we’ll be seeing more rich men spending egregious amounts of money at local restaurants and shops, while ordering up strippers from the good folks at Carman Fox. The building located at 1133 West Georgia will be a mixed-use building, consisting of a 5-star, 200 room hotel (Ritz Carlton Vancouver) and high-end residential units. It will be the second tallest tower in the metro region standing at 183 metres or 600 ft and by far the most architecturally appealing; something this city lacks.Note: I’ve heard rumours of some issues with the development, hopefully they’re minor and don’t jeopardize this project.
