C’mon people this is Richmond, did you expect any less? In a city where driving is dangerous on a slow Sunday and parallel parking is a spectator sport, this is just another day. One time I saw a car with 3 mattresses and small couch on it’s hood in Richmond and remember what Google Street View caught.
