A large fire has broken out in Richmond near No.4 Road.
Richmond RCMP are calling it an industrial fire, while media reports say it’s a substation fire. No. 4 Road and River Road are closed in the area of the fire.

According to BC Hydro’s website, there are no reports of any power outages in Richmond, but people nearby are worried it might happen.
