Rescue operation underway for baby that fell into West Vancouver embankment

West Vancouver fire and paramedics are responding to an incident in West Vancouver where an eight-month-old baby in a stroller has fallen into a steep embankment.
UPDATE: The baby has been rescued and is in stable condition. Both the mother and the child in a stroller fell down into the 20 foot deep embankment near Marine Drive and Eagleridge Drive.
