Visit real-life reindeer at this magical farm just a few hours from Vancouver

We always hear about Rudolph at Christmas time, but what about all of (Olive!?) the other reindeer?

While they are certainly a topic of discussion this time of year, they can be tricky to spot in real-life. Unless of course, one decides to take a drive down to Leavenworth, WA, to visit them in person.

Since 2016, the Leavenworth Reindeer Farm, located at 10395 Chumstick Highway, has been welcoming guests seeking a special kind of Christmas experience.

Tours of the farm are offered on a daily, year-round basis, at a cost of $10/person, with children 2 and under admitted for free. However, during peak holiday weekends, tours are are $15/per person 2+ and $5/per person ages 1 and under.

The half-hour tours include hands-on experience, education, and plentiful photo opportunities.

So while Rudolph may be the one who goes down in history, Leavenworth Reindeer Farm offers an experience that visitors certainly won’t forget.
