Strap on your running shoes. Canada’s largest 10k, the Vancouver Sun Run 2016 is now open for registration.
Taking place Sunday, April 17 in 2016, next year’s Sun Run will be the 32nd annual edition of the event, which draws tens of thousands of hardcore athletes and speed-walking enthusiasts every year.
Ahead of the 2016 race, a new partnership between Sun Run hosts BlueShore Financial and athletic apparel company Alanic will see each runner receiving a moisture wicking technical jersey for registering.
“We are delighted to announce our new partnership with Alanic and ecstatic that we can offer added value to each of our participants while still maintaining last year’s early bird prices,” Patricia Wu, Co-Chair of The Vancouver Sun Run said in a press release. “I can’t wait to see thousands of people at the start line proudly wearing our new technical shirts that we designed with Alanic.”
Early bird registration ends January 31, 2016 and costs $49.
