Warmer weather must be on the way, as Rosewood Hotel Georgia has just announced the re-opening of Reflections, the hotel’s elegant al fresco rooftop bar and lounge.

Set to re-open on April 7, 2016, Reflections will debut a new dining and design concept inspired by the flavours, colours, and culture of the surrounding Pacific Northwest region.

Crafted by Executive Head Chef Harold Lemos, the new menu will feature a variety of seafood and light, tapas-inspired dishes. Offerings will include Albacore Tuna Poke, Mahi Mahi Croquettes, and Edamame Hummus with Seaweed Chips.

Drink wise, the vibrant upscale-casual eatery will boast a range of new and original cocktails, including the East Meets West Fizz, a refreshing drink made with Bombay Sapphire East Gin, pomelo juice, fresh lime juice, seabuckthorn syrup, and carbonated jasmine tea.

A wine list will also be available showcasing wines from B.C., Washington, Oregon, and Northern California, as well as Australia, New Zealand, and Chile.

In terms of design and furnishings, the elevated space will take inspiration from the colours and textures of the coast. Patrons can expect to discover a crisp colour scheme of white and blue, as well as foliage, vibrant flowers, an abundance of greenery, and soft lighting.
