Red Bull Thre3style: Vancouver Finals at Fortune Sound Club

The competetion to see who is the most versatile DJ who can rock a party no matter what the genre is will be going down at my favorite club in Vancouver, the lovely Fortune Sound Club on Wednesday the 5th. 8 of our cities top DJs are going to be taking the stage for 15 minutes and must blast through 3 genres.

In addition to the battle their will be headlining sets from both Smalltown DJs and Prison Garde.

Each DJ will be evaluated on the following criteria: Originality, Track  Selection, Skills, Stage Presence and Audience Response. The winner will be heading to Toronto on Saturday November 12th at Sound Academy.

Contest ends October 4, 2011 at noon.  The winner will be drawn at random and your name will be forwarded to Livenation  and tickets will be at the will-call window.

More good news for Vancouver party people is that the World Finals will be held here from December 12th to 17th. DJs from all over the world will be battling it out in clubs all over this city and I for one have got my dancing shoes ready. Hell, with that many DJs coming to town I might have to buy new shoes after all the dancing is done.
