These Vancouver homes are currently listed for under $500,000

Hearing about skyrocketing housing prices in Metro Vancouver can be discouraging, to say the least, as many people might feel that buying property in the city is nearly impossible. Despite the economic crisis, home sales in the region have still managed to increase.

According to the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV), home sales in July 2020 totalled 3,128 units — surpassing the numbers of 2,443 units in June and 2,557 in July.

That being said, there are still (relatively) affordable listings to be found. Zoocasa has compiled a list of several Vancouver properties under $500,000 that are on the market right now.
