Mount Pleasant will be getting another significant sized building. Acton Ostry Architects Inc, on behalf of Edgar Development Corp, has applied to the City to rezone 333 East 11th Avenue (formerly 275 Kingsway), to build a 13-storey mixed used building.
333 East 11th Avenue Features:
- 195 market rental units;
- a proposed total floor area of 13,339.34 m² (143,583 sq. ft.), including 817 m² (8794.11 sq. ft.) of ground floor commercial/retail space;
- a proposed floor space ratio (FSR) of 8.77;
- a proposed height of 45.4 m (148.95 ft.) to the parapet of the rooftop amenity space; and
- 244 bicycle stalls and 132 parking stalls, including 8 car-share stalls, in 3 levels of underground parking.
