RCMP have released a sketch of a suspect in a sexual assault on Thursday along the Burnaby Mountain Urban trail.

The woman was walking along a busy pathway when a stranger approached and attacked her, then ran off toward Lougheed Town Centre.

RCMP are changing the suspect description a little.

While initially described as balding, the suspect is now believed to have had short, straw-coloured hair.

He’s about five foot seven, thin build, and between 40 and 50 years old, wearing a black gloves, a grey hoodie, black jacket, black Adidas runners with green writing, and grey sweat pants that had very muddy cuffs.
