Toronto Raptors' Pascal Siakam has finally launched a hot sauce

Toronto Raptors’ Pascal Siakam has been known as “Spicy P” on the court, but now, the nickname has now taken a whole new level.

Starting on February 13, you can officially get a Pascal “Spicy P” Siakam and Nando’s PERi-PERi limited edition hot sauce.

Yep, the “heat and hustle” have officially become one.

And according to Nando’s, a portion of every bottle sold will go towards Right To Play — a non-profit organization that protects, educates and empowers children to rise above the impacts of poverty, war and disease, by harnessing the power of play. Siakam has been a long-time Ambassador for Right To Play and was their Athlete Hero for 2019.

“My game has a ton of flavour and spice, so it makes sense that I bottle it up into my very own Spicy P(ERi-PERi),” said Pascal Siakam in a statement. “I am excited to collaborate with Nando’s on this and finally give fans what they’ve been asking for.”

Besides the fans’ excitement for some Spicy P off court, Nando’s is also excited to be part of this hot collab.

“Both Pascal and Nando’s have been sweeping the nation and capturing the hearts and minds of Canadians thanks to their fiery spirit, steady hustle and heat,” said Keri Ann Meslar, Director of Brand and Marketing, Nando’s Grocery.

The limited edition Spicy P(ERi-PERi) will be available in Nando’s restaurants and Sobeys starting February 13, and additional grocery stores where Nando’s PERi-PERi is sold starting March 4.
