UPDATE: The Vancouver Police have confirmed the missing teen has been found safe. The Vancouver Police would like to thank BC Transit and the public in locating Quinn and reuniting him with his family.

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a high risk teenager who went missing on Thursday evening.
According to the Vancouver Police Department (VPD), the 16-year-old is “developmentally disabled and operates at a toddler level.”
He is familiar with transit and is known to sit down and take rests while out on walks.
