If you’re dreaming up a new food concept or looking to grow your current business, one thing’s for sure — having the right kitchen space makes all the difference.

This summer, PurePrep Commissary Kitchen is opening its new flagship location in Langley, and it’s one of the biggest shared-use commercial kitchens in B.C.

Spanning over 10,000 sq. ft, PurePrep features fully equipped stations, top-tier food-safe infrastructure, co-working area, professional food photography, and access to a vibrant community of like-minded culinary professionals.

And before it officially opens in July, PurePrep is offering an opportunity for the community to preview the space!

On Saturday, June 7, and Sunday, June 8, the team is hosting guided tours of the brand-new Langley facility, giving prospective members a chance to explore the kitchen, meet the founder, and apply for a station.

What to expect

Inside, you’ll find 21 professionally built kitchen stations, a 100 ft commercial ventilation hood, walk-in cooler and freezer units, and dry storage.

There’s also a food photography booth, private office suites, co-working areas, and a lounge space for members.

With flexible options for both full-time and part-time use, PurePrep is built to support all types of food ventures — from meal prep businesses to catering companies, bakers, and beyond.

The space is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, giving members the flexibility to work on their own schedule. PurePrep takes care of the operational side, so food creators can stay focused on what they do best.

Take a guided tour and meet the founder

Aman Kundi, PurePrep Founder/PurePrep Commissary Kitchen

Each tour will be hosted by founder Aman Kundi — who created PurePrep after seeing firsthand just how difficult it can be for food entrepreneurs to find spaces that are both affordable and functional.

Fuelled by his love of food and desire to support local food businesses, Aman created a shared kitchen environment designed to help culinary creators get started, grow their business, and connect with a like-minded community.

Aman and the leadership team will guide attendees through the space, explain the rental process, and answer any questions.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with other food entrepreneurs and learn how the facility is designed to support their personal business goals long term.

Viewing the space is free, just just email info@pureprepcommissary.com and let them know you’re interested in stopping by to check it out on June 7 or June 8.

PurePrep Commissary Kitchen is now accepting applications from those interested in renting kitchen space in its new Langley location  — simply head over to the website and fill out the application form to lock in your spot.
