A huge taco and cocktail fest is coming to Vancouver this summer

A summer celebration of delicious drinks, great live music, and terrific tacos is returning to Vancouver next month.

The Punchbowl Festival will be going down on Saturday, July 26, at the PNE Fairgrounds, and it’s shaping up to be one of the city’s tastiest events of the summer.

Guests will discover dozens of vendors offering samples of spirits, beer, cocktails, and more, along with delicious tacos to pair with the great live music. Access to Punchbowl pre-sale tickets is live, but get yours soon as they won’t last for long.

“We’re elevating PunchBowl this year by showcasing Vancouver’s incredible taco talent,” said Dax Droski, founder of Feaster.

“You’ll find the best of the best, with flavours that are fiery, fresh, and totally unexpected. Combine that with craft cocktails, cold beer, cider, and good vibes, and you’ve got the ultimate summer Saturday.”

There are two Punchbowl tasting sessions available: a daytime tasting from noon to 4 p.m. and an evening tasting from 5 to 9 p.m.

All guests can look forward to a huge variety of unique cocktails from the dozens of vendors on-site, plus live music from Canadian Hip Hop icons Swollen Members alongside local favourites Hush Music Party to keep the sunny vibes going all day.

There will also be more than 20 taco vendors serving up one-of-a-kind taco creations to chow down on. Whether you’re a soft-shell fan or a hard-shell devotee, looking for authentic street-style tacos or creative chef-driven twists, you’re sure to find mouthwatering eats to satisfy your hunger.

Swollen Members

Feaster is also bringing back its on-site liquor store so attendees can walk out of Punchbowl with their favourites from the festival. The store will also have many hard-to-find products you can’t buy anywhere.
