Western Canada’s largest Christmas store has returned to Metro Vancouver.
Once again, Potters Nursery has made its annual transformation into The Christmas Store at Potters, changing the space into a 28,000-sq-ft area dedicated to keeping things as festive as possible.
Visitors at Potters will be immersed in a world of all things Christmas, including over 50,000 themed ornaments and several dedicated sections. Themed areas include a 3,000-sq-ft “Dark Room,” illuminated by themed tree-lights, Petland, and the Nutcracker Room, to name a few.
New this year is the store’s very own Whoville, a space dedicated to a wide variety of Grinch-themed items, such as teddy bears, ornaments, mugs, and snow globes.
The Christmas Store at Potters will also have a “Sweet Tree” — what organizers describe as an upside-down white tree with a three-foot scoop of “ice cream” and an array of dessert-shaped ornaments.
In addition to toys, games, and stocking stuffers for both kids, adults, and pets, the store will offer food demos and live music on weekends to liven up the Christmas atmosphere.
The Christmas Store at Potters is located at 19158 48th Avenue in Surrey and is open daily until Tuesday, December 24, 2019.
