A new survey from Match.com says those who love ganja not only go on dates more frequently than non-smokers, they also tend to stay in it for the long haul; more than 30% of reefer fans say they want to get married and are nearly 80% more likely than non-smokers to have had a date in the past year.
When it comes to desirable traits in a partner, Cannabis connoisseurs list “treats me with respect,” “someone I can trust,” and “a sense of humour that makes me laugh” as a plus.
Since stoners find most things funny, that last one shouldn’t be too hard to find.
When it comes to sexy time, nearly 1 in 5 Canadians say they hit the bong before making sweet, sweet love. Additionally, Mary Jane enthusiasts are twice as likely to have had sex in the last year, and they’re nearly 3.5 times as likely to bang in public.
It’s hardly surprising then that Canadians say they’d rater date a stoner (31%) than a cigarette smoker (30%) or heavy drinker (20%).
