Above the bustling intersection of Homer and Robson Streets is the sun-drenched poolside terrace of The Westin Grand, Vancouver. Back for another summer, the space has been transformed into the #PopUpPatio, a bustling rooftop patio lounge open Thursday and Friday evenings. Guests can unwind and refresh after a hard day of work in this relaxed atmosphere with soft seating, green gardens, and live DJ music.
Executive Chef Chris Savino has designed a light menu served from a BBQ action station including items like pulled pork & cornbread bites, caramelized chicken wings, and a duck salad roll.
A refreshing array of cocktails are available, including classics like the negroni and sazerac, and new creations like the Pop Up Standard (vodka, Ginger of the Indies, and lemongrass simple syrup). New this year are spiked snow cones, $1 Jell-O shots, and a full pitcher menu. A variety of wines by the glass, draft, and bottled beer are also available.
