The Soho is a popular hangout spot in Yaletown, and boasts a solid collection of well-maintained pool tables. On top of that their food and drink menu is pretty great, and they’ve got foosball if you’re looking to give your cue arm a break.

A dedicated pool hall in Mount Pleasant, Guys & Dolls has a reputation as a quality hot spot for pool enthusiasts. Right in the middle of one of Vancouver’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, it’s a little rough around the edges but still one of the best spots to shoot pool in town.

A fixture of Granville Street, Commodore Lanes & Billiards has 20 pool tables, alongside 12 lanes of bowling. If you’re out on the town and looking for some good old fashioned 8-Ball action, this is as good a place as any.

The best and biggest pool hall in East Vancouver, East End Billiards is nothing short of an institution. Whether you’re looking for some post-drink entertainment, or a new neighbourhood haunt, check this place out.

Joe’s Cafe Bar – run by the titular Joe – offers a great combo of food, drink and billiards-based fun. The clientele are as eclectic as the decor, and Joe himself is more often than not around for a word or two.

On top of hosting some of the craziest shows in Vancouver, Hindenburg is also a good spot to stop for a bit of pool. A great drink and food menu is also on offer, and their events listings hold some of the most intense live performance you’ll find in Vancouver.
