Around 8:15 on January 13th, police responded to a report of a shooting at the Park Hotel Apartments located at West Pender and Richards Street.

When police arrived at the building they found one man inside that had been stabbed and another man that appeared to have been shot. Both men were rushed to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

A short time later, a third injured man made his way to a local hospital. He also suffered from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound that is believed to have originated inside the apartment building and he remains in stable condition.

Detectives from the Vancouver Police Major Crime Section and Forensic Identification Unit were called in to investigate.

All three men are in their 20s and known to police. Investigators believe that the shootings and stabbing are likely the result of a disagreement.

Charges for weapons related offences have not yet been laid.
