Police investigating East Vancouver hit and run

The Vancouver Police Department is investigating a hit and run incident that occurred on East 61st Avenue near Ross Street.

At approximately 10 p.m. last night, a 40-year-old woman was hit by a vehicle and taken to hospital. She was not seriously hurt, but has incurred injuries to her head and arm.

Witnesses at the hit and run scene of the incident have spoken to police. Anyone who might have further information should contact the VPD’s non-emergency line at 604-717-3321.
