Police are investigating a homicide at Andy Livingstone Park after witnesses found a deceased male.
Shortly after 10 p.m. on Friday, Vancouver Police responded to the report at the park at Expo Boulevard and Carrall Street. Police believe the victim is the result of a homicide.
Homicide investigators and the VPD Forensic Identification Unit are on the scene.
