The Fair at the PNE has revealed the PNE Prize Home for its 2016 lottery: a $1.4-million, gorgeous 3200 sq. foot home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Designed by Westbank BC’s Freeport Industries, the two-level home also features energy-efficient and environmentally sensitive materials and is ENERGY STAR® qualified.

“The Prize Home is one of the most eagerly anticipated traditions of The Fair at the PNE and this year’s is no exception,” says Mike McDaniel, PNE President and CEO. “This year’s home is modern, stylish and perfect for spending time with family and friends.”

The home includes a wine display in an open concept living area, which flows onto a patio with a hot tub by Coast Spas Lifestyles, making it an ideal home for entertaining.

The open-plan kitchen features KitchenAid, Jenn-Air and Whirlpool appliances, supplied by Coast Appliances, while the indoor furniture was provided by Lane Home Furnishings.

The prize home also features a natural gas BBQ by The BBQ Shop, personal sports lounge and a wellness room equipped with exercise equipment and a sauna.

Whoever wins the home will also see it relocated to a gorgeous lake view lot in the Okanagan’s Naramata Benchlands.
