Time is running out to enter for the PNE Prize Home Lottery (PHOTOS)
One of British Columbia’s most popular summertime traditions is still underway — the 86th annual PNE Prize Home Lottery.
The 2020 grand prize home, valued at over $2 million, includes a stunning 3,188 sq ft mountainside home that will be located in Pemberton, only 25 minutes from Whistler’s slopes.
The contemporary project features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. It’s also defined as a Net Zero Ready home, meaning that it is able to produce as much energy as it consumes.
The ground floor has been designed to become the “ultimate entertaining space.” Open-concept living and dining rooms are accompanied by a dedicated room for bar and games, as well as a large kitchen with an island countertop and high-end appliances.
The modern chalet comes retrofitted with stylish furniture from Yaletown Interiors, JennAir and Whirlpool appliances from Coast Appliances, and plenty of amenities such as a hot tub, sauna, and outdoor living package.
Not to mention, with phenomenal dining options, breweries, and a distillery, the Pemberton neighbourhood is becoming a more attractive destination than ever.
The lottery also has plenty of additional prizes to be won, including BMWs, vacations, a motorcycle, cash, and the “Ultimate Pemberton Getaway Experience” package, which includes a helicopter ride, jet boating, horseback riding, golf, and dining — valued at $10,000.
Anyone interested in the stunning grand prize home can take a free in-person guided tour on PNE grounds to learn about the stylish details. Spots can be reserved online or a virtual tour can be taken from the safety of your couch.
The final deadline for the PNE Prize Home phone and online ticket purchases is 12 am on September 7, 2020.
The PNE reminds players to know their limit and play within it.
