Plaza of Nations gets new summer night market with beer, food trucks, and music

A new summer event in Vancouver will find the Plaza of Nations transformed into an outdoor marketplace, complete with food trucks, craft beer, and local bands.

The Plaza of Nations Saturday Market is being launched by the Northshore Green Markets, the team behind Shipyards Night Market, which takes place Friday nights in summertime in North Vancouver.

The new Vancouver market will start on Saturday, June 20, and runs every Saturday night 5 to 10 p.m. through September 12.

No details yet about which food trucks or bands are booked, but Northshore Green Markets does know the venue will have an outdoor beer garden situated in the centre of the market, showcasing local craft beer, wine, and ciders. (If the food is as diverse and tempting as it was in North Vancouver last summer then there are more delicious nights ahead!)
