For many of us, happy hour is the best 60 minutes of the day, and Pink Elephant Thai wants to make it better with the launch of their new happy hour menu. Located on restaurant row on Alberni, it’s a great spot for after work drinks and snacks.
At Pink Elephant Thai, happy hour runs from 4:30 to 7 p.m. everyday with $5 to $8 menu items and $4 drinks. For food, think spring rolls, beef short ribs, skewers and lettuce wrap. And drinks? You’ll find Singha Beer, wines and local Granville Island ‘Pale Ale.’ For the full menu, click here.
