New Vietnamese joint Pho Q&M opens in Vancouver's West End

While times are tough for restaurants right now, some are still managing to open their doors.

One of those spots is Pho Q&M, the West End’s newest Vietnamese joint.

Located at 825 Denman Street, the new eatery offers patrons a selection of Vietnamese staples to-go via pickup.
