A plethora of pooches (along with their humans) are expected to descend on Vancouver’s Yaletown neighbourhood this weekend for what is sure to be a barking good time.

Taking place on Mainland Street this Sunday, August 27, Natural Balance Pet Foods Pet-A-Palooza is billed as the Lower Mainland’s largest pet festival.

The event is free to attend and of course, it’s pet friendly.

The day’s activities include the always-popular Running Of The Bulls (French and English bulldog races), Wiener dog races, and a a puppy stampede.
