Vancouver theatre fans have a had a good year thus far and it’s only going to get better as the scene continues to improve. Case in point Pacific Theatre’s, Playland (no, not the theme park in East Van). Further, we have a pair of tickets to giveaway to the November 6th 8pm show to one lucky winner.
A powerful and explosive exploration of guilt, condemnation, and the possibility for redemption during apartheid in South Africa, Playland is intensely dark, yet optimistic. Featuring a standout cast of Michael Kopsa and Tom Pickett directed by recent Jessie Award winner Anthony F. Ingram. Running November 5-27 at Pacific Theatre.
