Garlic Vanilla Burger (Milkshake Burger)
A burger unlike any other, this one features minced garlic on Vanilla ice cream. Served on a top Sirloin loaded burger from the brand new 50s diner-themed Gourmet Burgers food truck, this item is a definite can’t-miss for 2018.
Kit Kat Fries
Coming at us from Steve O’s Public House, this purveyor’s twist on the iconic chocolate bar leaves you with the outrageous indulgence that is Kit Kat Fries. This dish is dipped in batter, deep-fried, and served in all its soft-yet-crunchy glory.
Black Charcoal Pineapple Ice Cream
Combining two of our favourite summer trends, this treat combines black charcoal soft serve ice cream served out of a fresh pineapple. If this healthy offering doesn’t cool you down on a hot day we don’t know what will.
Cricket Caramel Apple
This twist on a classic fair favourite features a caramel apple rolled in salty, oven-roasted Entomo Farm crickets. A great source of protein and a dish to satisfy your sweet tooth, this treat really gives daring diners the best of both worlds.
