In the morning twitter was abuzz with Orca talk as a pod was spotted around Lions Gate Bridge. A whole bunch of photos were submitted by David Price to The Province.
In the mean time, people keep talking about this as an good sign for the Canucks. However, I recall last year a whale showing up on False Creek and the Canucks going on to lose to the Chicago Blackhawks. For that reason I’ll leave it as some misguided Orca’s.
If you want to see an Orca you can see the Digital Orca next to the new convention centre. It’s there all the time.
