Hung said the location is also only 10 minutes away from a premiere golf course, top-end resort spa, and an up-and-coming wine region.
Kelowna, which is roughly a 45-minute drive away from the property, remains one of the fastest growing cities in Canada, according to Hung. He claimed “2019 will be an ideal time for buyers as more inventory becomes available with prices coming off slightly since the boom years. It’s an excellent time for a smart buyer to get ahead of the market, especially in the luxury segment.”
For a lot of us, this luxury property is out of our price range, but it definitely doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the pictures and dream, right?
