Oakridge Centre is set for redevelopment and tonight is the first of many open houses. If you have walked by the mall lately you may have noticed that Empire Theatre is no more and as it is being replaced by Crate & Barrel. This is all part of the redevelopment plan that includes more residential and commercial towers. On the retail level expect to see a lot more exciting stores, for instance the first LEGO Vancouver store is slated to open mid April. Many more announcements are expected soon.
