According to the ADAA and the immortal Patches O’Houlihan, seven time ADAA all-star, “If you’re going to become true dodgeballers, then you’ve got to learn the five d’s of dodgeball: dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge!” That’s exactly what will be going down this Friday in Richmond for the NSB Dodgeball tournament.
Join them in a fun night where you’ll be sure to meet some cool people, dodge some balls, win some prizes, and help North Shore Bethel raise money for their summer camp 🙂

● Registration is $5.00 per player
● Make your own teams of 6-10 players

● Each team must have TWO girls on the court at the beginning of each game
● Spaces for teams will be filling up so get your team in as soon as possible! Deadline is August 21st.

The tournament will be using Vancouver Dodgeball League (VDL) rules during game play. They will also go over the rules when you arrive at 6pm. Rules can be found on their website http://vdldodgeball.ca/league/dodgeball-rules
