Novus customers in Vancouver are currently dealing with what the company said is a network-wide outage.
According to the company, it is aware of the problem, and they hope to have service restored “as quickly as possible.”
The company also said that “due to the high number of customers attempting to contact us, it may take longer than normal to receive a response.”

And while connections are “gradually” being restored, Novus said that “sadly,” it still doesn’t have an estimated time for when its services will be fully functional again.

Customers in neighbourhoods from False Creek to Yaletown, to Burnaby’s Metrotown have reported that they are still dealing with outage issues.
