North Vancouver realtor finds a very unique way to list a home

The Metro Vancouver real estate market is highly competitive, and one North Vancouver realtor is finding a way to set himself and his listing apart.
We received an interesting email from Jacob Strigan PREC, with Babych Group Realty Vancouver.
In that email, Strigan shared a music video he created. It was a parody to showcase his North Vancouver condo listing. The song is a parody of the Creed classic, “With Arms Wide Open,” from the album Human Clay.
Strigan tells Daily Hive that he has received some calls on the North Vancouver home listing.

He has listed a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo at 125 East 14th St. It features 654 sq. ft. of space and is currently listed for $849,900. The listing says that the home features “resort-style amenities.”

The amenities include an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a massive gym, saunas, a theatre, and a party room. The cozy condo features a balcony for added space. The balcony also features some great views of the ocean.

One additional bonus to living here is that there’s a grocery store right in the building!
The listing asks, “Need to grab some milk?”
“Whole Foods is located in the building. You don’t even have to go outside,” it replies.
We also spoke briefly with Strigan about how he decided to use a Creed song to market his listing. Strigan said he had had this idea for a couple of years, but has been shy.
“It came down to the fact that the market has been a little soft lately, and I needed to get creative with how I market my listings in a tougher market. I’ve also been wanting to do more social media marketing, and this was the kick in the butt that I needed to push me out of my comfort zone,” he added.
He also said that the feedback on his video has been “incredible.” The comments on the YouTube video have been mostly glowing.
One comment said, “This is a wild way to show off a listing! Love it!”
Someone else commented, “This is so f**king funny.”
