On today’s episode what an adventure we have in store for you. Join host Natalie Langston as she heads up to the exclusive boutique hotel, Nita Lake Lodge in beautiful Whistler, BC for part two of the girl’s getaway special.
Celebrity guests, star of Bomb Girls Jodi Balfour and Arctic Air’s Emma Lahana join Natalie on her journey. Last week the girls took on yoga paddle boarding on the breathtaking Nita Lake. This week it’s Downhill Mountain Biking!
The Whistler Mountain Bike Park is not like any other biking experience you have ever had. We were given the information to have a great day and went home tired, dirty and happy. This is definitely a full-body workout.
Later on in the show, Nita Lake Lodge Executive Chef Michael Guy has some healthy eating tips for us and some delicious choices exclusively from the garden.
