Nickelback's Chad Kroeger former Abbotsford mansion for sale (PHOTOS, VIDEO)
An Abbotsford mansion that was once owned by Nickelback lead vocalist and guitarist Chad Kroeger is now on sale for a price tag of $8.98 million.
The 1990-built 20,135 square foot home (30709 North Burgess Avenue) sits on a massive 804,553 square foot ‘mountain view’ country estate.
“The home had a major addition/renovation with only the finest materials and features money can buy,” reads the property description.
This includes 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, an indoor hockey rink, indoor pool, outdoor waterfall pool, a separate guest house, and parking garage for 10 cars. It even has a ‘deluxe hip roof barn’ with four birthing stalls, riding ring, paddock and a music recording studio on its top level.
