Following their sold-out New Year’s and Halloween parties, Arrival is back with Vancouver’s premier entertainers at the city’s most historic venue on the biggest night of the year.
On Wednesday, December 31, Arrival returns with one of their legendary, multiroom New Year’s parties. Taking place in five luxury ballrooms at the iconic Hotel Vancouver, the lineup features the crème of Vancouver’s most exciting talent—all playing and partying across a whole floor in Vancouver’s “Castle in the City.”
Attendees can expect an extraordinary event that features the best party DJs, an erotic Weimar Striptastic Spectacular, a live rock ’n’ country revue starring Rich Hope, performances from the Vancouver Opera, and the world famous Motown party.
“The positive response to our parties at Hotel Vancouver has been overwhelming. In a busy year where we got the Fox up-and-running, programmed the Khatsahlano Street Party, and produced Food Cart Fest, we’re really excited to end 2014 on a high note with some of Vancouver’s top entertainers at city’s best and most historic venue,” said Arrival’s Daniel Fazio.
Five of this storied hotel’s ballrooms will host the party and each one boasts unique programming. Revellers can expect an exciting mix of musicians, DJs, performers and so much more. The entertainment lineup is expansive and includes something for all tastes.
The Pacific Ballroom features an erotic tribute to German cabaret. Executing this striptease spectacular is Pandora and the Locksmiths, a collective of professional singers, dancers and musicians who create exceptional live productions.
The Vancouver Opera will be on and previewing offerings from their 2015 season with effervescent and intoxicating selections from Die Fledermaus.
Flanking these performances are the city’s finest rock and country artists: Rich Hope and his Blue Rich Rangers, who play boot stomping’ whiskey-fuelled hits, and Mac Pontiac, who sings broken hearted love songs with a live orchestra.
Four more ballrooms feature rock ’n’ soul with the World Famous Motown Party; house and disco from acclaimed berlin-based DJ-producer Fett Burger; and hip hop from Redbull 3Style champion Nick Bike, SonReal’s DJ Rich A and the Rad Pack DJs Brendan Butter and Relly Rels.
