Here is the model for the replacement of Jubilee House.The current location of Jubilee House will be torn down and replaced by a 36-storey residential tower adjacent to Emery Barnes Park.
The tower will be built at the same time the construction of 508 Helmcken street commences.
The new Jubilee house is designed by GBL Architects and is a great 13-storey non-market housing addition. This design looks better than some of the market housing being built in the city.
